These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k677qq website (https://k677qq.app), its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, bingo, and betting products offered under the k677qq brand (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise using the k677qq Platform in any capacity, you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as k677qq's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. To access real-money features on k677qq, you must create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
k677qq reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period as notified by k677qq may result in account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k677qq login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., depositing from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to k677qq's anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes following approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days.
k677qq reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. These checks are conducted in good faith and in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.
Withdrawals are subject to any applicable active bonus wagering requirements. Funds subject to an unmet wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied or the applicable bonus is forfeited.

k677qq uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and live dealer games sourced from regulated game providers. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or validity of a game round, k677qq reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the relevant player accounts. k677qq's determination of the validity of any game outcome is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k677qq Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
k677qq reserves all rights to take immediate action upon detection of prohibited conduct, including account suspension, voiding of all bets and winnings, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
k677qq may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory requirement, or receipt of a complaint from law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
In cases of suspected fraud or AML investigation, k677qq may freeze the account and withhold funds pending the outcome of the investigation. k677qq will cooperate fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies as required.
Players may voluntarily close their k677qq account at any time by contacting live chat support. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance not subject to pending investigation or unmet wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

k677qq's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
k677qq's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the k677qq Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
k677qq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, k677qq will provide notice via the Platform (e.g., a notice on the k677qq homepage or login page) with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the k677qq Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the k677qq Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through k677qq's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact k677qq's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.
